Perricone 3 Day Diet
The basis of the diet is a 28-day program - aims to increase proteins, reduce saturated fats, refined sugars and other high glycemic carbohydrates. Starting with 3-day diet, and if you can stick to that and are pleased with the results, then you should try and continue with the Perricone 28 Day Diet. In his study, Dr Perricone concluded that most women do not eat enough protein, particularly those women who had tried bouts of low calorie diets.
