What is the 3 Day Diet?
The 3 day diet plan is to be used for 3 days at a time. It claims that if you
follow it correctly you can lose up to 10 lbs. in 3 days. After 3 days of eating
specific foods on a meal plan, the dieter is to resume eating normally for 3 to
4 days.
How much weight will I lose?
You will lose 10 pounds in 3 days if you follow the diet as
instructed.You can lose up to 40 pounds per month.
Does this diet
use all natural products?
Yes. All items in this diet are regular items that you can
get at any grocery store. There are no pills to take or shakes to drink.
There are no meal replacement or supplements in this diet. 100% Natural.
Why do I only diet for 3 days out of the week?
This diet is designed to lose a lot of weight real fast.
It is not designed to permanently replace one's regular diet. To repeat the 3
day diet over without a break of 4 days in between the "3 day cycles" would be
unhealthy. You must eat as usual for 4 days before repeating the 3 day diet.
How many 3 days stints can i safely go on this diet
for?
You may safely repeat the diet as often as you
need to attain or maintain your ideal weight.
Is this like a lot of diets out there that only
make you lose "water" weight?
No. This diet was carefully formulated by real Doctors in real

over weight to do the surgery safely. Every item and the order in which the

Will I gain back the weight that I lost in 3 days
during the 4 days of eating my regular diet?
No. If you follow the instructions you will not gain the
weight back during the 3 to 4 days period between the "3 day cycles". But make
sure you didn't over eat during those 3 to 4 days. Just eat as you do
normally.
